Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
- 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, kale, or arugula)
Toppings: - 1 cup grilled chicken or roasted tofu, diced
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup corn (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Tal's Toum Jalapeno Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water, as needed for thinning

Methods
- Cook brown rice or quinoa according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly before assembling your bowl.
- Grill the Chicken or Tofu:
Season the chicken or tofu with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices. Grill until fully cooked and diced into bite-sized pieces. Alternatively, you can roast the protein in the oven. - Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together Tal's Toum Jalapeno Cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. If a thinner consistency is desired, add water gradually. - Assemble the Bowl:
Begin with a layer of brown rice or quinoa at the bottom of the bowl. Add a generous serving of mixed greens, followed by the grilled chicken or tofu, black beans, corn, avocado slices, red onion, and diced tomatoes. - Drizzle and Garnish:
