Ingredients :
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 can of hearts of palm, rinsed, drained, and cut into 1-inch medallions (if not already)
- ¼ cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Tal's Tahini Classic Lemon Fresh (as much as you like)
- 8 fresh figs, halved
- ⅛ cup red onion, sliced into thin slivers
- Sea salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Toss your greens with olive oil and lemon juice, then plate or put them in a serving bowl.
- Heat a medium frying pan to medium-high and add cooking spray or a touch of olive oil. Carefully add the hearts of palm and “flash fry” for 90 seconds on each side. Remove from heat and allow them to cool.
- Divvy up the remaining ingredients between plates and add the room temperature hearts of palm.
- Finish with a beautiful drizzle of Tal's Tahini Classic Lemon Fresh. Add more for an extra burst of flavor.
