WHAT IS TAHINI?
The short answer is: Tahini is ground, toasted sesame seeds.

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE SESAME PASTE?
A unique process of pressing Ethiopian White Humera sesame seeds. That’s it, no oils, salt just sesame seeds!
WHERE ARE YOUR SESAME SEEDS CAME FROM?
Our sesame seeds are from the region of northwest Ethiopia called Humera. Hence are called White Humera Sesame.
