Spinach Artichoke Salad

  • Ingredients

    • 1 can artichoke hearts, strained
    • 1 cup frozen spinach, or 2 cups fresh spinach
    • 5 tbsp Tal's Toum Authentic Garlic Sauce Fresh Smooth
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Sea salt to taste
  • Method

    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
    • Drain the artichoke hearts and add them to the pan. Sauté until the edges are browned, about 15 minutes.
    • Add the frozen spinach (or fresh spinach) and cover the pan. Cook until the spinach is thoroughly wilted and cooked through.
    • Drizzle Tal's Toum Authentic Garlic Sauce Fresh Smooth over the mixture and stir to combine.
    • Serve warm or at room temperature with veggies, pita, chips.
