Spiced Lamb Pita Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup Tal's Tahini
- ½ cup Tal's Toum
- 1 cup mixed greens
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped mint leaves

Method
- In a skillet, cook the lamb with onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Warm the pita breads.
- Spread a layer of Tal's Toum inside each pita. Fill with lamb, mixed greens, tomatoes, and mint leaves.
- Drizzle Tal's Tahini over the fillings.
- Serve immediately with a side of lemon wedges.
