Lemon-Tahini Falafel Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 large pita bread or wrap
- 3–4 falafel patties (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 tbsp Tal’s Tahini Fresh Lemon
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp pickled turnips (optional)

Methods
- Warm the pita bread slightly for flexibility.
- Spread Tal’s Tahini Fresh Lemon in the center of the pita.
- Add falafel patties, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, parsley, and pickled turnips.
- Drizzle additional Tal’s Tahini Fresh Lemon over the top if desired.
- Wrap tightly and serve.
