Lemon-Tahini Falafel Wrap

  • Ingredients

    • 1 large pita bread or wrap
    • 3–4 falafel patties (store-bought or homemade)
    • 3 tbsp Tal’s Tahini Fresh Lemon
    • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
    • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
    • 1/4 cup diced tomato
    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 tbsp pickled turnips (optional)
  • Methods

    • Warm the pita bread slightly for flexibility.
    • Spread Tal’s Tahini Fresh Lemon in the center of the pita.
    • Add falafel patties, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, parsley, and pickled turnips.
    • Drizzle additional Tal’s Tahini Fresh Lemon over the top if desired.
    • Wrap tightly and serve.
