Ingredients
- 1 head romaine, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 5 dates, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1/8 cup shelled pistachios
- 5 juicy green olives, sliced thinly
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Tal's Tahini Harissa Fiery Chili

Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Toss well to ensure the romaine is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the chopped dates, shelled pistachios, sliced green olives, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves over the top.
- Season with sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with Tal's Tahini Harissa Fiery Chili for a flavorful kick.
