Amazing Brussels
One of the best ways to prepare brussels sprouts is to roast them. It’s super easy!

Ingredients
- 4 cups halved Brussels sprouts
- 3-4 tbsp Tal's Roasted Eggplant Tahini Babaganoush
- 3 tbsp sprouted raw pumpkin seeds
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or spray it with cooking spray.
- Lay out the halved Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat well.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges of the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and they can be easily pierced with a fork.
- Carefully remove from the oven and transfer the Brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl.
- Toss with Tal's Roasted Eggplant Tahini Babaganoush until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with sprouted pumpkin seeds.
