Ingredients
- 9 rainbow carrots
- 3 tbsp Tal's Mediterranean Toum Authentic Garlic Sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
- 6 dates, chopped

Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or coat it with cooking spray.
- Lay out the rainbow carrots on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Coat them well.
- Sprinkle the carrots with sea salt, ground pepper, and cumin.
- Place the carrots in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until you can easily pierce them with a fork.
- Once cooked, plate the carrots and drizzle with Tal's Mediterranean Toum Authentic Garlic Sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped dates and hemp hearts.
- Enjoy at room temperature.
