Rainbow Carrot Snack

  • Ingredients

    • 9 rainbow carrots
    • 3 tbsp Tal's Mediterranean Toum Authentic Garlic Sauce
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
    • 6 dates, chopped
  • Method

    • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or coat it with cooking spray.
    • Lay out the rainbow carrots on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Coat them well.
    • Sprinkle the carrots with sea salt, ground pepper, and cumin.
    • Place the carrots in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until you can easily pierce them with a fork.
    • Once cooked, plate the carrots and drizzle with Tal's Mediterranean Toum Authentic Garlic Sauce.
    • Sprinkle with chopped dates and hemp hearts.
    • Enjoy at room temperature.
