Spicy Keto Pasta

Ingredients
- 1/2 large peeled zucchini, sliced into ribbons with a carrot peeler (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup large cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil and oregano for sprinkling
- 2 heaping tbsp Tal's Tahini Harissa Fiery Chili
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup diced eggplant, 1/2 cup broccoli florets

Method
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a small cookie sheet by lining it with non-stick foil or spraying it with cooking spray.
- Lay out your cherry tomatoes on the sheet and lightly season with sea salt, black pepper, and a light spray of cooking spray.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then carefully remove the sheet from the oven.
- Toss the room temperature (or warmed) zucchini ribbons with Tal's Tahini Harissa Fiery Chili.
- Top with the roasted tomatoes and sprinkle with fresh basil and oregano.
